Focus is anything that consumes your attention, time, energy and finance.
Spiritual vision is our capacity to see clearly what God wants us to do and see the world from His point of view. But spiritual insight can be easily clouded with self-serving desires, interests and goals that blocks that vision. A good eye is one that is fixed on God.
TEXT: Matthew 6:22, Phil 3: 13-14
You will have many wonderful and inspired ideas throughout your lifetime. But again, an idea is not necessary a command from God. When God is involved, it will not be simply an idea, it will be an instruction or command.
Don’t be motivated by people’s demand or need especially those close to you, pay close attention to the voice of the Holy Spirit.
Only attempt a God-given and God-approved assignment. When you pursue something God didn’t intend for you, He is not obligated to sustain you emotionally, physically and financially.
One of the main cause of failure is BROKEN FOCUS. When satan wants to distract you, he brings someone into your life to break your attention off from God.
Fight for your focus, build walls around your concentration. Battle hard to get God’s reward.
When you get obsessed with doing what is right, wrong people will find you unbearable.
You have been given something God can use, find it. You don’t need the weapons of others, you only need some vital information from them. That which is common in you may be a need in others so keep feeding your FOCUS. Waiting time is not wasted time. As long as you are learning, you are not losing. You will always learn more in crisis than you will ever learn in any victory. Praying does not erase learning and planning. Learning and planning cannot also replace praying.
What you keep seeing affects what you keep doing. Wrong pictures destroy good people. Faith pictures can correct damaged people.
You must grow the kind of harvest that you desire. Your future is a REWARD not a GUARANTEE (2 Timothy 4: 7-8).
